This product can be particularly used for side entry mixing operation of large storage tank and reaction tank in Coking Industry.

Advantages

1. This product is a patented technology independently developed by our company (anti-seismic magnetic transmission device, patent No.: AL201020688197. X), which uses the structural principle of "static sealing" to achieve strict sealing effect and "zero" leakage.

2. The lower part of the agitator/mixer is equipped with multi-layer energy-saving propelling impellers. Each blade of the impeller is sprayed with wear-resistant ceramics to achieve the best mixing process effect and minimum energy consumption. This design greatly improves the wear resistance of the blades and extending the service life of the blades.

3. The lower part of the bearing which extends into the reactor is equipped with a mechanical seal, and there is an external balance tank filling system. So, the bearing can as much as possible get rid of the abrasion and corrosion of the medium in the reactor, which greatly extend the service life of the bearing.

4. The motor, reducer, bearing, mechanical seal and magnetic tile of this mixer/agitator are all well-known brands with high quality.
